Throughout the year, every Sunday, the club has an organised, mid-paced, sociable ride which leaves from
outside the Plough and Harrow pub, Church Road, Llansamlet at 9.30am prompt during Winter (9am during Summer).

Winter Training
This Winter we are trying to provide members with more training opportunities than ever!
At the time of writing this is looking like:
Tuesday night: Felindre for a pacy 1 mile outdoor 'circuit' on a quiet and well lit road.
Wednesday night: Club night at Llansamlet Community Centre and an opportunity to socialise and/or
turbo-train (as you choose).
Saturdays: NEW! A chance to get muddy with one of our enthusiastic MTB riders!
Sunday morning: The classic Sunday Club Run, whatever the weather... we go out!
In addition to this some members of the club also get together with other local cyclists for a hard and pacey
Saturday ride, and fast paced 'chain-gang' rides twice a week around the lakes at Llansamlet.
This is great race training but not for the faint hearted.
Summer Training
During the Summer the club will be arranging a programme of rides to take place at least one evening a week and this will include a variety of rides such as Time Trials, Hill Climbs, and good old fashioned hard training rides.
